Over twelve weeks we work through a structured process designed to support both the physical and psychological experience of perimenopause.

We begin by removing confusion. You will learn how hormonal fluctuations can affect mood, sleep, stress sensitivity, and emotional regulation. We also explore what in your life may currently be draining your energy or no longer aligning with who you are becoming.
